Here’s what I’ve got for you…. Weekly Sessions (based on length of program). These can be done over the phone/video chat (internet access/email required for phone/video coaching programs) or in person if local (Regina, SK, Canada).

 

Curated resources and tools to help implement your personalized transformation program. Access between sessions via chat/text/email for client support!
